你對，我在英文理解上有問題

IRS說，child support payments are not considered taxable income, according to the IRS. Child support payments are neither deductible by the payer nor taxable to the payee。我以前的理解就是跟稅一點兒關係沒有。 現在想想，這句話正確的理解應該是付child support的一方不應該用於抵稅，而接受child support的一方，是不用付稅的意思。
