換工作，新公司在別州。 當初麵試的時候，hiring manger 提到老員工繼續遠程辦公，HR要求新員工on site， 但是聽口氣不是強求。 我說open to relocation。新的職位

和客戶打交道，完全沒有on site  的必要

hiring manager 也是remote

最近和朋友討論退休計劃，意識到relocation 不太合適。 所以想反悔relocation. 現在的公司不想呆了。

大家有什麽好的理由？
