大神談不上，隻是摔了很多跟頭以後學習和領悟的。

By "incentive", it means to build good relationships with effort on your part.

They may deserve contempt. But often we hold contempt to, unconsciously, distract ourselves from the uneasiness we feel within our deeper psyche. We often feel what we want to feel.

Try this for a change. Genuinely expect them to be competent, kind, and decent. You might get a better outcome.

In the office, you play a role on a stage. So put on some costume and do read the script. What is yours only belongs to you, no one else needs to know. Boundaries are important. 

See what others see. What they see may be ridiculous in your eyes, but you are better off by knowing it and not being bothered by it.
