do not give them your auto insurance information. Keep silent, policemen will not dirctly deal with this accident because it was out of spot. you can say you stop there, her car hit your car and she ran away. most probably she did as I say. If she hit you bu not your car, she never call plice. tell police she hit your and try to run away.
