1)This inspector is representing my insurance.


2)My question is , now I already admitted it is my fault, ( I bumped her car) so I don’t know how it can effect the accident's conclusion if her engine is on or off? So I don’t know why did inspector ask this questions. It is looks like he has his reason but I don’t know.
