432.04（c）說違反這個規定是"minor misdemeanor"

Misdemeanor是要上犯罪記錄的，一般超速隻是infraction, 不上犯罪記錄。當然交通犯罪一般公司調查背景時不在乎，但是有總不如沒有。

交通律師能夠和檢方談判，具體手段各地不同，一般是認罪寬大，交錢但是不上記錄。
