請教：Toyota 車禍

我的Toyota corolla 開了五年，這周一發生了一次很大的車禍。我在高速上開車回學校，在一個彎道的地放我想減速，踩刹車後，車子一點沒有減速，然後車子失控，衝出高速，我使勁踩刹車，最後車才在一片泥巴水塘停裏下來。我身體沒有受傷，但是人嚇個半死。現在車is in Toyota body shop. Minor damage of the front bumper。我有全保。但現在很害怕再開這車，我在上學，還要在高速上開到年底，我的底線是Toyota return 我的這款車的市場價，我想換一輛別的牌子的車。This is the second time I had the same problem with this car. Last time I just felt the brake does not work appropriately. The brake itself does not have any problem.

這款車隻有2009-2010在reall list上麵，我的是2005的。We reported this case to the Toyota Coporate ，they will have one of their case manager contact me soon. I will let you guys know about the result. My program director is an attorney herself. She contacted the Toyota dealer ship and some of her attorney friends. According to her attorney friends, since I did not have any physical injury during the accident, Toyota might just refund us the current market value of this car, at best.

請教各位專業人士如何打這個官司。我很忙，真的沒有時間跟他們耗，請教我該怎辦？
