My wife had the very similar accident. Contacted the other’s insurance but the company always said they cannot get hold the other person, so my wife argued that the other person has the responsibly to report the accident after it happened, if he did not do that he breached the contract with the insurance company and should be kicked out, the insurance finally gave in and paid.
