1. Diagnostic digital right mammogram additional views 

 

2. Targeted right breast ultrasound

 

Clinical indication new architectural distortion involving the right breast

 

 

 

Views right mL, right CC and MLO spot compression. Tomosynthesis images are obtained.

 

Findings:

 

Additional mammographic imaging of the upper outer central right breast confirms new architectural distortion. Right breast ultrasound targeted this region did not demonstrate a suspicious cystic or solid mass.

 

Office visit:

 

Patient who presents with new indeterminate sonographically occult architectural distortion involving the right breast as detailed above for which stereotactic core needle biopsy
