請教大家這種情況需要馬上活檢嗎？先謝謝啦！

我在今年九月做了mammogram，右乳發現有鈣化簇，十月份又做了ultrasound 和digital  right mammogram，建議做活檢。二個檢查中發現以下病症。

ULTRASOUND:

No sonographic abnormality is seen at 3 o'clock in the location of calcifications seen on same day mammogram.

12 o'clock,areolar region,0.8x0.5x0.3cmoval hypoechoic nodule,new.

9 o'clock, 1cmfrom the nipple,1cm cyst is unchanged from 2009.

9 0'clock,areolar region,0.7x0.6x0.3cm oval hypoechoic nodule,new.

Axilla is unremarkable.

DIGITAL RIGHT MAMMOGRAM:

New cluster of calcifications in the right breast around the 3:00 position noted on patient's mammogram dated september 19 ,2019 are of varying sizes and shapes.

我右乳患有纖維瘤有三十年以上，前幾年做mammogram顯示右乳的纖維瘤縮小，所以有三年沒檢查乳房。

更年期時測試雌激素水平較低。現在檢查的醫生建議活檢，家庭醫生說觀察，我不知如何是好？尚未去看乳房專科醫生。
