突發變數，急求助！

大家中秋節快樂！ 原本為右乳dcis，現mri發現右乳新增一0.6cm enhancement mess,image 55,bright on STIR.  左乳乳頭後方5cm處發現ovoid enhancing focus 1cm,image 48,both nipple skin and chest wall unremarkable,no axillary or IMA adenopathy. 要再一次做兩處活檢，最快要下周。請教各位熱心高人朋友，以現有資料和您經驗，會是在近1個月新長的嗎？另一種癌嗎？是要等活檢後還是盡快切除雙乳。真是嚇到了，請多間諒。萬分感激！！！
