First i would like to congratulate your achieivments. YOU MAY KEEP YOUR TOP STANDINGS FOR A WHILE BUT NOT FOR LONG.  However, your body can not do the intensive runing forever. You should consider slowing down and swthching to other relaxing sports, like taiji and yujia before it is too late.
