我也是1小時血糖沒過, 三小時過了
Here is what I did. Hope it helps.
After I failed the first glucose test (151), I changed my diet for a whole week, then I went to have 3-hour test. What I had everyday is:
Morning: a small bowl of oatmeal (about a little bit more than a cup I guess) with one boiled egg.
Later I have one small 菜/肉包子 as snack.
Lunch: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with four pieces of toasted turkey breast and some lettuce.
Dinner: same small bowl of rice.
Only drink water.
I used to have a lot sweet snacks , juice and fruits.
Right now I added one fruit/yogurt/apple source a day. Occasionally a little bit sweets.
