請教B超可以診斷出卵巢囊腫和卵巢癌的區別嗎？

九個月前查出兩邊卵巢囊腫，右邊5.5x2.8x3.1cm,左邊3.1x2.7x2.6cm, 上星期複查，右邊沒有變化，左邊長大到4.6x3.8x4.7cm.由於醫生這星期休假，所以還不知後麵是否還有什麽檢查

由於現在沒任何疼痛症狀，隻有月中時有些漲，上網查說超過5cm應該算腫瘤，有可能會變成卵巢癌。請問我應該手術嗎？5cm以上自行消失應該不大可能對嗎？先謝謝大家了

檢查結果如下，

Findings:

The uterus is retroflexed and measures approximately 9.4 x 4.6 x

5.2 cm. Endometrium measures 6 mm in thickness and appears

normal. 1.1 cm right anterior mid intramural fibroid. 1.1 cm left

fundal subserosal fibroid. The right ovary measures 5.6 x 3.1 x

3.1 cm, unchanged. Normal follicles up the periphery. A bilobed

lesion with low-level echoes measures 5 x 2.5 x 3 cm. The left

ovary measures 5.5 x 4 x 5.3 cm and contains a 4.6 x 3.8 x 4.7 cm

unilocular cyst with low-level echoes, increased. Small amount of

normal surrounding ovarian tissue. No free fluid or

hydronephrosis.

 

 

IMPRESSION:

1. The left ovarian cystic lesion compatible with endometrioma

has enlarged mildly. The bilobed lesion in the right ovary has

not changed significantly.

2. Endometrium appears normal with interval removal of an

endometrial polyp.

3. 2 small discrete uterine fibroids.
