不能跑了，腰椎退化關節炎

好幾年了，時好時壞，4月份還跑了sunrun,10公裏一小時。最近兩個月嚴重了，早上症狀明顯，腰疼腿酸。醫生診斷如下，查字典了解個大概。醫生教了幾個動作，吾以為隻是拉伸緩解症狀。我想加強臀部和背部肌肉，大腿後側肌肉力量。以前跑步注重腿部鍛煉，現在膝蓋沒事了腰不行了。走路有時腳趾頭發麻，左臀以及整個腿都酸疼。在此谘詢有沒有朋友有類似經曆並成功恢複的經驗，先行謝過。
