2 accts are indeed not allowed

i had 2 as well and got blocked. was able to get the money out of that suspended acct after 90 days (per amazon policy). the other acct is still fine though, however i did get a few warnings early on when the feedback ratio was low. it sounds like amazon didn't suspend you outright, they said they're "investigating" so i would just let them finish whatever they're doing and then argue if the outcome is not desirable.

it's ok to sue or threaten with lawsuit, but make sure you do have a case first. your letter to amazon has many problems IMHO, poor english notwithstanding. for example, you accuse amazon of breaking US laws, which laws did they break?
