Amazon is more professional platform for small business, not a very friendly place for occation seller. Ebay is better for occation seller.

I like amazon better because I feel confident of all the third party seller. That's what I believe amazon wants to keep.

Unless you have unique products, Amazon has plenty of sellers like you, they have the ultimate rights to choose, because you are treat as a third party. Like the shopping mall, they can choose who to assign the lease, and they can termiate you lease also.

I think your email is wrong , Amazon can actually sue you for threatening.

My suggestion:

Go to your local county apply a business licence, and call Amazon explain to them that you have a legitment business, and fax everything to them.

Overall ,amazon is way better than ebay , just check their stock you will see. Ebay are trying to amazonize , that's why you see the buy it now flat fee rules. It is good for the seller.

For everything else , craiglist it.
