My google voice just got suspended after 10+yrs

We disputed w Google a few times and failed. With more rental properties under management, quite often, similar texts being sent to multiple tenants in a very short period of time could have triggered the red flag. Luckily, we have been using another fee-based VOIP service for business associates, so we moved all of the portfolio and leasing communication over there. It is called "Dialpad". There are many fee-based services just like that, another popular one recommended by other investors is "ring central'.  One of the advantages is the app can be installed and used on more than one cell phone (only one cell allowed by Google voice). When there are multiple people working on the portfolio, it can be very helpful.
