請教各位地主，這種情況應該找什麽樣的人來修？

見以下幾張圖，房子到處有滴水的現象，有些地方還長mold。謝謝大家。

這是租客的message: 

"About the roof.  I no longer think it's a roof leak.  I think it's a lack of attic/roof ventilation.  I think this because during the rains after we talked there isn't any water infiltration... just mold and the strange brown streaks.”
