新聞寫得好像都在甩鍋，謝謝樓下貼出原文，如果這是原文，那麽根本不存在白宮和五角大樓互相甩鍋的事。
分析一下這個話，"at the end of day", "directing these strikes",是說所有的打擊行動本身是總統和部長批準的，這個毫無疑問。 後續打擊，是Bradley批準的，當然部長也完全讚同（事後或者原則上讚同）。
