The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency in December issued guidance recommending "highly targeted individuals use only end-to-end encrypted communications," Gabbard said at the committee's annual worldwide threats hearing.
"They named Signal as an app as an example of such an end-to-end encrypted messaging app," Gabbard testified.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe testified to the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday that Signal was uploaded to his CIA devices after he was confirmed, Politico reported.

You say Lord but how can I pray for this nation when I am under constant attack in my own life? How do I have the time and the strength to fight in this battle? My children, I will deal with the problems in your life. I will deliver you, save you and restore you even in the midst of a battle. Cast your cares upon Me.
Obey My commands and instructions and watch how fast everything in your life turns around for your good. I have you and I am your Deliverer and Protector. I have already defeated your enemy and every strategy he has against you. Trust in Me and you will see this victory in your life that I have promised you says the Lord Your Redeemer.

My children, continue to pray for My David and the seat of the President, not just for his protection, that he has MY influence and wisdom and not one of just man. There are deceivers in his midst politically and spiritually. There are many who are trying to sabotage everything your President and his efforts to destroy and expose the Establishment. There are time wasters delaying the dark secrets and the system of the Deep State from coming out to stop the collapse of the Swamp. Some people in governmental and spiritual positions are just out there for themselves. They are too busy to help fight the enemies from within so they can climb the ladder in Washington.
President Trump has traitors in his midst still and they need to be removed because instead of hearing from Me, they are trying to drown out My voice and the real reason He’s still alive today. Why I protected him from the bullets and why I chose him to fight for this nation. Some of his advisors are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Pray blinders are removed and those wolves evicted from the White House and out of their governmental positions. There are moles in the White House, people the Deep State recruited years ago to look like they’re on the side of the Red when they are really on the Blue.
