加拿大對美國的關稅本來就不高，而且隻有特定產業有關稅。
這是依照2018年簽定的 USMCA 協議下設定的。
USMCA 協議是川普－他－自－己－簽－的(2018年11月30日)！不要忘了當初川普說這是一個 the best trade deal 的。
