2024年7月15日 — According to the FAA, in the 12 months ended May 31, the total number of runway incursions reached 1,115.

Then the air traffic controller on the ground immediately replies to the pilot,

Flexjet 560, negative! Cross 31L, hold short Runway 31C.

如果飛行員還沒有理解指令，可以不要再飛飛機了

This accident had nothing to do with FAA job cuts.
The instruction from air traffic control was very clear:

turn left on Runway 4L, cross Runway 31L and hold short of Runway 31C

It was private pilot fault:

Alright, left on 2 – uh – 4L, cross the 22, or 13C, Flexjet 560

Scary to fly in US right now with all the Federal job cuts.
