什麽叫“實際上，他可能...”？這兩個詞放在一起到底是什麽意思？

我倒認為這語言沒有問題。In fact 修飾整個句子，也就是說，he may come in this week or next week to sign the agreement 是個可能的事實。而 may 主要指 this week 和 next week 兩種可能性（隻是可能性，就是說也可能兩周以後再來）。
