A president is a head of the executive branch. He can do whatever he wants within his branch, just like Biden can do whatever he wants. Those career "carders" think the President is just a tourist. These days are over. Trump is not a tourist of WHite House.
I cannot tell you who is "THEY". "They exist". THEY killed JFK, McKinley, Lincoln, and Garfield ... to give you a hint. They started the Vietnam war, the Iraq war, and Ukarine war, and end less other wars.
