Clearly we are not talking about the same thing. I am all for freedom of speech. I also stated in my response to your friend that it’s OK to criticize Israel the state, or specific organizations or groups, public personalities and government officials, etc. Our main argument is about whether a racially charged discriminating state about a race as a whole (in this case, jews) is appropriate or even legal. I submitted your friend’s statements to you and asked you to respond with your honest opinion and yet you danced around them. I will ask again, do his comments constitute racial discrimination against the Jews and should them be reported?
To answer your question, if there is no congress passes an “anti-Chinese awareness Act” against the CCP. I will certainly support it.
As for president Trump, you actually argued against yourself. The fact that he is elected has nothing to do whether he is a criminal (you even stated as such yourself) nor does it make him correct. In fact, many people reported him to the authorities and even sued him for various misconducts, as evidenced by the conviction. Even if the court decided to not act on his transgressions does not give justification to his actions nor can it be extrapolated to say that American people accept or agree to his iniquities. The very fact that he got away with punishment speaks volumes about he is being treated differently from the ordinary people committing the same offenses just because he’s is the president.
But we have digressed. Let us go back to the original argument that started this whole debate. Do you not see your friend’s statements constitute BLANKET disinformation against the Jews (ethnicity as a whole)? And do those statements warrant the attention of the appropriate authorities? If you see a bystander gets bullied by a thug in the street, would you not report it to the authorities?

The word "antisemitism" has been abused so much that it has lost its moral implications and become a convenient political hoax. The most recent and compelling example is "Antisemitism Awareness Act (AAA)" the House passed last year, in response to the wide-spread and spontaneous protests on college campuses. The broader definition of antisemitism may include criticism of Israel State and its genocidal policy in Gaza. This creates a dangerous precedent for censorship, though it stalled in the Senate (Chuck Schumer, the majority leader then, thought the bill would hurt rather than benefit the Jewish community). Another analogy comes handy, if Chinese Americans lobby the Congress to pass "Anti-China Awareness Act" that may include criticism of CCP, how would you like it?

What I will say, however, the mass of people died in ccp's hands way exceeded those who died in other countries. Do you then suppose, because ccps are Chinese, therefore all Chinese people are cursed?
- "The Jew Kissinger gave UN seat to Mao Zedong." Again, false! If it wasn't for the support of the 3rd world countries, China would have never made it into UN. And your friend's jibberish goes on and on and none of which makes any sense.
- Mind you, Chinese people throughout its history, made numerous appalling atrocities not only within its borders but beyond. Then I ask you, does this fact give you any right to condemn the Chinese ethnicity as a whole (just blankly call them Chinese)?
- You mentioned Jews vs Gentile, so I will respond with a biblical point of view. Gentiles are saved BECAUSE of jews. Chinese pastors often preach that gentiles are grafted olive branches. As such, according to Paul, we are all jewish in spirit. Wouldn't you think a little bit of appreciation is in order? Of course, if you are not a Christian, then please discard this remark.

I just have one question for you. If you walk in the street and saw a person being bullied by a thug, will you call police and report it?
