Let's say the tuition is 30,000 dollars a year. That is 100 dollars of earnings a day. At the said "job" range of 15 to 22 dollars per hour, they must be accepting cash for all the "jobs", or the tax man will take another 20%.
The tuition for these master's or under are not going to be 30,000. It will most likely be much higher.
