More than 100 years ago China thought West countries weapons/products were better than China but China had better political systems so DaQing started YangWuYunDong and then a JiaWu War declared China's failure. Now it's the same situation - Second YangWuYunDong (reform and open-door) is over and ready for another war and we already know what result it will be. China is still the same China as 100-200 years ago using people driving cars and using Cell phones but the same brains and thought.
