美國大峽穀暴洪增至2死 僅剩1人目前仍處失聯狀態

美國大峽穀日前發生暴洪，國家公園巡警今天表示，這起事件死亡人數增至2人，失蹤人數降至1人，先前一度失聯的10多人均已成功取得聯係。

美國最受歡迎觀光景點之一的大峽穀（Grand Canyon）8月29日發生暴洪，席卷光明天使峽穀（Bright Angel Canyon）和幻影牧場（Phantom Ranch）一帶。

法新社報導，目前已知有2名男性在這場突發洪災中喪生，搜救隊進入現場後已尋獲2人遺體。外界原本擔心可能有更多人遭洪水衝走。

不過，美國國家公園管理局（National Park Service）官員布萊克（Dave Black）今天晚間表示，目前已知進入峽穀的人員幾乎全數尋獲，“目前就我們所知，隻有1人仍下落不明”。

布萊克表示，隨大規模搜救行動展開，昨天和前天共救出82人，巡警也清查國家公園的露營許可證係統，以確認災難發生時可能身處現場的人員。

他說：“他們比對了許可證、車牌等各項既有資訊，並與家屬聯係確認，確保這些人都已安全脫困。”
