8月21日下午，《2009香港小姐競選決賽》十位候選佳麗在紅館與司儀曾誌偉和陳百祥等人進行拜神儀式，並穿上泳衣進行彩排，還抽出其中一位佳麗試戴後冠，結果6號黃嘉麗成幸運兒試戴後冠，她笑言，信心大增，決賽會盡力做好。

　　8號熊穎詩經過積極修身後，穿起泳衣令人眼前一亮，她賣乖表示一切都要歸功於無線，是無線把她包裝得很靚，經過多月的訓練，她自言內涵也增加很多，對自己很有信心，但她沒想過入三甲，到時會努力做好自己，師姐李珊珊日前表示看好她在娛樂圈發展，熊穎詩說，如果有機會，什麽都想試一試。獲網民支持的2號林潔瑜表示沒有留意網民的言論，提到網民封她做女神，她笑說：太客氣了。問她有沒有想過奪冠？她說很難答，當然也想入三甲。
