《Killing Me Softly》是查爾斯•福克斯(Charles Fox)作曲，諾曼•金貝爾(Norman Gimbel)作詞的歌曲。歌詞是原唱洛裏·利伯曼(Lori Lieberman)在1971年末受唐·麥克萊恩(Don McLean)表演的啟發而與福克斯和金貝兒合作創作的，但利伯曼的合作創作被福克斯和金貝爾否認了。
原唱Lori Lieberman在1972年發行了這首歌，但沒有上榜。這首歌後來被許多藝術家翻唱過。
1973年，Roberta Flank的soul版本成為在美國、澳大利亞和加拿大的熱門單曲，並在英國單曲排行榜上排名第六。
1996年，Fugees和Lauryn Hill一起錄製了這首歌，他們的hip hop版本成為20個國家的冠軍單曲。
