1) don't know How to connect with people;
2) Can't work through their differences;
3) Never admit any wrong-doing and learn from their own mistakes (They should admit it, learn from it, and move on).

Professional over personal - Not the other way around in the public's mind, conventional wisdom; however, clearly, AG Loretta Lynch did the opposite - personal over Professional . Why?
As AG, she thought she knows what she's doing, unconventional wisdom. Do the opposite of the public - a leadership. "painful" as she said, because it creates confusion among the public. Why again?
Clearly, if the public misinformed, the public can't understand such move - who knows? It's not "equal justice under law" here, because it's not "equal information" - the public lacks the access to information. Democracy is about transparency - put everything (facts) on the Table, so let the public judges the facts - Elites do (nothing is personal if you're a public figure), but the public lacks such judgement ability - sad, it's too much ahead of time.
It's a pain to explain to the public - So, Elites like Bill Gates never bothers to run for the public position - rather staying in Ivory Tower than dealing with too much tediousness with "uncivilized folks" -
