The Palace Museum has more than 130,000 embroidered cultural relics, covering materials such as brocade, satin, silk, yarn, silk, velvet, tapestry and cotton. Its huge number and complete categories are unique at home and abroad. Forbidden City Taobao selected more than 300 pieces from the embroidery relics of the Palace Museum and designed the 2021 Embroidery Calendar.

The calendar takes the decorative patterns of weaving and embroidery cultural relics, carefully arranged according to the seasons, and interpreted from the perspectives of patterns, colors, and materials, showing the beauty of traditional Chinese weaving and embroidery art.
