上圖, 這位笑容溫暖, 內心沉靜的先生是Tal Ben- Shahar.  

第三次教完Positive Psychology的課程, 37(6 )歲的他, 離開哈拂返回以色列. 他開的這門課列入哈拂曆史上最受歡迎的課之一. 第一次是在一個SEMINAR, 隻有6 位學生;  第二次, 300學生選上了他的課;  第三次, 也就是下麵油管錄的這次, 最後一次,  聽課的有854個學生. Fox, CNN等多家電台電視台都對TAL進行了報道.

他的課,共 23講 ,  每次一小時左右, 中間沒有休息. 授課的他, 衣著平常, 語調平緩, 沒有刺激獵奇的故事穿插其間, 講的都是似曾相識的道理. 到底是什麽吸引了如此眾多的年輕學生?

His Harvard course on the subject has been offered twice, in 2004 and in 2006, when its enrollment of 854 students was the largest of any course in the catalog, surpassing even introductory economics.
