i used to think it was a white lie: "everything is possible!" until i sit quietly with myself in a room of my own a mind too miracle happens: the song comes back the lost bird finds a new perch in the dear silence of mind's universe all fruit in their right places, seasons too rotating peacefully under my pen silence & silence an invisible hand patting on my back while i asking myself who i am until "i" dis- appears ---june 2004
