偉大的無憂同誌昨日晚，全票再次當選樂園村的居委會大爹。這是無憂同誌三次連任，讓我們忠心祝賀無憂同誌再次當選。 在他的領導下， 使我們樂園村更加美麗， 溫馨， 貴麗。
樂園村是一個在都市享有盛名的豪華小村， 不到七十戶人家， 環境優美，住戶高尚。 自２００１ 建村以來， 無憂就擔任居委會大爹， 為樂園村的美麗照人做出了不可磨滅的貢獻。
下麵是無憂同誌的簡曆，對我們樂園村所作的努力和當選後的執政綱領。

I am asking for your vote to be re-elected to the Paradise Farm Board of Directors. I am one of the founding members of the Board and have served as President for the last six years.
For the past six year, I, together with other board members and committee members have done a lot of work to make sure that Paradise Farm is more beautiful, charming, attractive and comfortable to live in.
I have been proactively, aggressively, politically and diplomatically to solve a couple of tough and challenging community disputes, incidents and issues like completing the fencing by-laws change, slowing down drive speed in our community and on the Pleasant Road as well by contacting county police department, dealing neighbor dogs in court, solving homeowner landscape, fence, deck disputes, getting our streets cleared from snow and ice storm timely and repairing our street after the huge damage by a water pipe break.
As a routine, I have heavily involved in managing contracts, getting neighbors more involved in our community by publishing Paradise Farm newsletter and organizing annual party. I have been particularly making sure that the trashing company picks up trash in time and the landscape company fertilizes, cuts grass and trims trees and bushes nicely and professionally. To make Paradise Farm more eye-catching, decent and luxury, I made it sure to get the front entrance monument cleaned and painted, light installed at the front entrance and the fence power washed in the entire community.
To help neighbors getting their projects done timely and efficiently, I, together with the other two board members have made changes to the Architectural Control Committee to streamline the process and get approvals completed faster.
I have enjoyed working for our community and would appreciate your support and confidence for another term on the Board of Directors.
