有錢才能大方

女兒由於在高中換了外語課，無法滿足許多大學的“４年外語”要求。所以，這個夏天在大學裏修了一門法語課，想彌補這一不足。學校的counselor也極力建議女兒上。這不，快上完了，賬單也來了：１５００塊呢。女兒找自己學校的counselor，減了一百多的Health insurance(我們自己有保險），這餘下的１３００多的賬單，女兒昨天在上學的路上交給了老爸。

“Daddy, I am sorry that you have to pay so much. If you run out of money, you can use the money in my account.”女兒大方地給老爸說。

“Come on, I said that before 18, I would cover all your expense. So I will keep my words。 I take my responsibility, you better take care of your part. The test is coming.”老爸向來都是半真半假地和女兒開玩笑。

“I know. That's a lot of money. Are you sure you have enough money to cover the bill?”女兒看樣子還真擔心呢。

“Don't worry, I am going to change job soon. So I can take pay for 48 days. That should be enough for your bill. By the way, don't worry toomuch about your college cost. I have set almost 2 years of expected family contribution aside for you. Just work hard for your own dream.”老爸讓女兒放心。

還真不錯，這次這麽大方地提出讓老爸用她的錢。以前一塊兩塊還要和老爸算賬呢。今年夏天丫頭自己掙了一千多塊。前幾天還轉了１０００塊到老爸的賬戶上拿高利息呢。有了錢，才有“當家作主”的感覺，才能大方啊。
