家常菜：粉蒸排骨 食材：排骨粒，土地，蒜瓣，薑。調料：海鮮醬，生抽，五香蒸肉粉，鹽。 1.將排骨粒洗淨，瀝幹水，然後加適量的海鮮醬和生抽，與肉拌勻。 2.將生薑和蒜瓣切碎加入排骨並拌勻，醃製20-30分鍾。 3.將土豆洗淨，削皮並切成小塊，平鋪入碗底。再將醃製好的排骨粒鋪放在土豆上，最後放入蒸鍋大火蒸1小時。 出菜： [閱讀全文]
