正月十五的【三色三味-元宵+湯圓兒】和八寶飯

趕在年尾巴了,請大家吃元宵和湯圓~~~~~~:)

因為要做三種餡的湯圓,為了能分出每個餡來,就想到做三種顏色的湯圓皮兒來……
餡有:核桃餡的,花生餡的,黑芝麻餡的。
做法 : 核桃和花生分別先用小烤箱烤熟,再用 Blender 打碎, 打碎了的核桃和花生出了很多油,拿出來在根據自己喜歡的甜度,加白糖,再加點兒菜油,(正規做法是加大油的,也就是豬油。)拌均後捏成小球球,再放到冰箱裏凍一會兒。

湯圓皮:
糯米麵團16oz的一袋,分三份兒,每份加一茶勺澄粉(起到幫助定型,也可不加)
一份我用的紅蘿葡的汁加 涼水合成團,另一份兒是用菠菜的汁加涼水合成麵團,最後
是的那份兒就合成白麵團了。

包法大家應該都會,就是揪一小塊麵捏扁,包進一個小餡球,合好捏緊團成圓球就好了,南方叫它湯圓。

一個顏色的皮包一種餡,煮時吃時好區分。
味道還真是很不錯的。

最後還是覺得煮的湯圓最好吃!

看露西的八寶飯後饞的不行,就家裏現有的材料做了個四寶飯,雖然看著沒有老魯的甜蜜,但也能暫時壓壓口水,俺也就此知足了。
