今天是田螺姑娘的生日,湊上幾個家常菜,再獻上紅玫瑰一朵:

孜然羊肉串

烤箱版孜然羊肉串做法:
1.選lamb shoulder,有肥有瘦的肉烤羊肉串正好,
2.提前把切好小塊的羊肉放在盆裏,加少許鹽,孜然,辣椒麵一點料酒,一點菜油拌均,醃製一小時以上的時間,
3.同時把竹芊泡水(防止烤糊)
4.把醃製好的肉串成串,中間可夾塊圓蔥,也可不加,
5.把串好的肉串擺放到另一個方便幹淨的鋼絲架上(注意羊肉串一定要懸空放置)
再在每串肉上先刷點油,撒些孜然或孜然粉,辣椒麵和芝麻,
6.烤箱預熱450至500F,我用BROIL檔。放進中層烤5 分鍾左右,視肉串多少,多觀察,看冒油就好了。(烤的時間不能太長,否則羊肉串會焦老)

紅燜帶魚的做法:
紅燜帶魚是老媽傳給我的菜式之一,其實很簡單的:魚兩麵用油煎輕點,撒一點醋蓋上鍋燜一下, 把料酒,醬油,花椒麵(或幾粒花椒),幾個幹紅辣椒, 幾瓣大蒜切片,蔥,薑切絲,一大勺糖,一小勺鹽,加在一個碗裏,再兌點水攪拌一下,倒入魚鍋裏, 再加熱水沒過魚身一多半,蓋上鍋小火燉十五分鍾左右,湯收幹時剩一點汁,就可撒上香菜就出鍋了.特點是魚肉嫩香辣,很下飯呢!
