甜香酥美的【小豆沙酥餅】詳細做法:

做了一些小酥月餅,和家人一起過中秋......

材料如下:

外皮

1.二杯半普通麵粉,

2.菜油半杯,

3. 半杯室溫水,(建議用半杯多一點的水,麵會和的軟一點,包時封口容易些)

4.良友牌豆沙一罐.

內皮:

1.(油酥)一杯半抵筋麵粉,

2.半杯菜油.

3.芝麻少許.

4.蛋黃一個.

做法:

1.將麵粉加水加油,揉成團,叫外皮.
2.將內皮的麵加油揉成團就是油酥了.
3.將油酥包在外皮內,先擀成長方形的片,然後再疊成三層再擀,再重複兩次,分成20塊.中間包進去一小勺豆沙,捏成圓球狀就可以了.

烤法:

先用350度烤15分鍾,拿出來抹上蛋黃,撒上芝麻,再用boil上火烤8分鍾就好了.放涼後可裝載你喜歡的盤子裏,bake cup裏.

特點:酥香可口,甜而不膩,可當蘇式月餅吃.

每年中秋佳節,朋友幾年前送的曇花,這時候正是鮮花綻放之時, 一家人坐在月下,賞花品茶 吃著自製的小月餅,那種感覺真的是好美好溫馨啊......
