皮薄大餡的【韭菜盒子】

韭菜盒子是俺家丫丫最喜歡的麵食之一,每次做韭菜合子,吃三個就已經五飽六飽的了,但還喜歡硬“壓”一個進肚,這時候提醒什麽都沒用了,平時總是挑食的她,這個吃了會胖的,那個熱量太高啦?......
這會兒都全然不顧了,提醒什麽都不管用嘍.....哎!就是愛吃這口啊!

再來碗玉米麵粥溜溜逢,美就一個子~~~~:)


韭菜合子的麵:是用溫燙的水和麵,稍微軟一點,醒麵一小時以上,中間柔兩次麵即可,做法和餃子差不多,隻是每個擠子稍微大一點.

陷料:是用雞蛋,韭菜,粉絲,蝦米,油,最後加鹽拌陷.
