- 其次主備A幹料,摏花椒粉,壓蒜泥,加白芝麻,然後把燒好的熱油淋上。
- 然後洗菜,切菜,把茄子大火旺氣蒸6分鍾。
- 跟著就是把B濕料調配好6分鍾後茄子蒸好,裝盤,倒上調好的佐料,香菜,花生碎,上桌開吃。

Peel and crush garlic - Combine salt, Sichuan pepper, chilli pepper, garlic, and white sesame seeds in a bowl
- Heat until near smoking point, ¼ cup avocado oil (preferably in a cast iron pot)
- Slowly add hot oil into dry ingredients, blending thoroughly
- Add 1 tablespoon tamari, ½ tablespoon vinegar (e.g. balsamic), ½ tablespoon maple syrup or sugar, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Coarsely chop cilantro
- Coarsely grind 2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts (optional)
