手種桃李非無主，野老牆低還似家。

恰似春風相欺得，夜來吹折數枝花。

Both peach trees and plum trees my own hands grow,

The yard’s walls make a home for me, though low.

Ah, as if east winds picked on me last night,

A few twigs were snapped by their wilful blow.
