Ingredients:
2 Napa cabbage - 2 顆 大白菜 大約1200g
2 cup white radish - 2 杯 白蘿卜
1 carrot - 1 根 胡蘿卜
1/2 cup chopped chives - 1/2 杯韭菜碎
1/2 cup chopped green onion - 1/2 杯青蔥圈
Seasonings:
1/2 cup fish sauce - 1/2 杯魚露
2 tsp ginger - 2 小勺生薑
1/2 cup garlic cloves - 1/2 杯大蒜
1 cup onion - 1 杯洋蔥
1 1/2 cups red pepper flakes - 1 1/2 杯韓國紅辣椒末
1/2 cup salt - 1/2 杯鹽
Making porridge
2 cups Water - 2 杯水
2 tbsp sweet rice flour - 2 大勺水磨糯米粉
2 tbsp brown sugar - 2 大勺棕糖
