Today I read an interesting article online, the article concluded the idea that you are a reflection of the 5 people you spend the most time with.

“Nobody creates themselves, by themselves. We are all mirror images, sculpted through the reflections we see in other people.”

Is this like a old Chinese saying: 物以類聚 人以群分？ There is a similar phrase in English: Birds of a feather flock together.
