應盡快實施十二年義務教育法

12-year-education should be minimum.

Now, it is time to introduce a National Act of introducing 12-year-education requiring every kids in China to receive at least 12 years educaton starting at age of 6, to replace the current 9-year-education system.

Key courses include: 1) Manderin or China language; 2) China history; 3) Maths; 4) Science & Technology; 5) Social study and practice; 6) Literature, art, and culture; 7) Computer programming. 

Teachers are qualified personals certificated by China Education Association at provincial level, who are considered to be a part of civil servant team supported by public fund or governemt budget.
