鹵汁:

醬油  1/4 cup

米酒  1/4 cup

豆瓣醬  1 Tbsp

黃醬 1 Tbsp

  1 Tbsp

plum tomato 1

香料:

丁香  4

cinnamon 1/2 tsp

八角  1

花椒  1 Tbsp

小茴香  1 tsp

月桂葉  1

辣椒  1

black pepper  1.5 tsp

  

  

 

4 條金錢腱

15tsp 鹽,花椒,蔥,薑,2Tbsp 白酒,refrigerator overnight is better.

2cold water cook to boil; prepare boiled source (可用解凍的老湯)

3Add meet to boiled source, simmer 40 min in cast iron pot. Then cool down several hours.

4cook to boiling. Then simmer 10 min.
