奶油炸糕

2 cups all purpose flour (中筋麵粉2杯)

1 Tbsp sugar (糖1大匙)

1/4 tsp baking powder(發粉1/4小匙)

1/8 tsp baking soda(小蘇打1/8小匙)

Mix above ingredients into 2 cups of boiling water(將以上材料充分混合。倒入2杯開水中燙熟。)

add 4 Tbsp butter = 1/2 stick(加黃油4大匙=半條)

2 eggs slowly added one by one (逐個加入2個蛋)

boil in medium heated oil until yellow and puffy:about 3-5mins (中火炸至金黃蓬鬆3-5分鍾)
