祖傳秘方~簡單方法製作濃鬱可口的Cheese Cake

是不是祖傳還有待考證。這是多年前美國朋友教我製作cheese cake的方法,說是她great grandma傳下來的。方法是簡單易做,原料也是最minimal,但是味道是實實在在的足。入口很淡,不膩,是cheese cake 那種原汁原味的感覺。

切記,不要上癮!本人就是吃這方子做出的cheese
cake長了10磅!哈哈。。。童叟無欺。
Ingredients:

3 Pkg Cream Cheese (8oz each)
1@16oz Container Sour Cream
11/3 Cup Sugar
5 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla (=3@Teaspoon)
1 Pkg Crescent Rolls


Steps:

1) Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Add
vanilla.
2) Spread crescent rolls at the bottom of 13 X 9 pan. (you can make two small ones
if you want to). Spread Mixture on top of crescent rolls.
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hr.
